Workshops on gender

Target group: All members of the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences

The Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences regularly hosts workshops designed to help students, instructors, and staff develop their gender competency, build confidence, connect with others and explore new perspectives. Our diverse programme ensures that everyone in the University community can benefit. These workshops aim to strengthen essential skills, address current issues in equal opportunity, and provide a space for sharing ideas and fostering further development. Topics range from gender-inclusive language and anti-sexism campaigns to other socially relevant themes, all explored through interactive and practical formats. We also offer resources for deeper engagement with key topics, supporting participants in developing these areas sustainably. By doing so, we cultivate an open and inclusive environment where gender equality thrives as a dynamic and integral part of our university culture.
